Tour #12 Private Tour – For people with reduced mobility

Our company now offers private tours for people with reduced mobility. Our vehicles are fully equipped to accommodate wheelchairs.

These are exclusively private tours and are adapted to each individual’s level of mobility. This ensures safe access to the sites. Our guide will be an attentive companion who will provide you with every comfort in accordance with our quality charter.

We can pick you up from your hotel in Bayeux, Paris, at the airport, or from the ports of Le Havre or Cherbourg.

Our vehicle can accommodate the person with reduced mobility in their wheelchair as well as up to five accompanying persons.

For liability reasons, the guide cannot be responsible for pushing the wheelchair.

This role must be performed by one of the companions on the tour

Prices :

• Pick-up from Bayeux or the surrounding area: 700 Euros. Visit to the D-Day landing beaches.

• Pick-up from the port of Le Havre or Cherbourg : 1200 Euros

• Charles de Gaulle Airport or Paris : Price upon request, depending on the number of days of the tour.

This tour will take you to sectors where the American V Corps and VII Corps landings occurred at Omaha and Utah beaches. You will follow the steps of the famous 1st, 29th, and 4th American Infantry Divisions and the other units that linked up with them. You will also be taken to the misplaced drop zones of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Units that landed in the early morning hours of the D-Day Invasion on June 6, 1944.
